Step Inside The Clock House
An entrance porch with room for coats and boots leads to a short flight of eleven stairs up to the first floor. There is a stair lift, as the apartment was adapted for use by a disabled family member, and is therefore suitable for those with limited mobility.
The main studio room is light and very spacious with large windows looking over the village and up the valley.
The kitchen/dining area has a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances built in – these include an electric double oven, electric hob with extractor, microwave, larder fridge, upright freezer, microwave and full size dishwasher. The kitchen area incorporates a dining table and chairs.
The lounge area has a splendid three seater sofa which has provision for the two outer seats to (independently) turn into reclining chairs – ideal for relaxing after a busy day’s walking! There is also an easy chair which converts into a bed when required. On the electronic front there is TV, DVD and video and radio/CD, also free WiFi internet access for your computer.
The bedroom, with a five foot double bed, has all new furniture, including generous wardrobe and cupboard space. Its unique feature is an oval window through which a wonderful view of Silver Howe can be enjoyed while lying in bed!

The ensuite bathroom has a generous sized walk-in shower with an electric shower unit, together with washbasin and toilet. There is a shaver point and heated towel rail. The bathroom is fully fitted with hand rails, making it suitable for the disabled.
The Clock House is double glazed and well insulated and is ideal for use all year round. It is centrally heated, being connected to the main house central heating system, and it has ample independent electric heating.
This is a non-smoking property
